Welcome to Pura. By engaging with our studio and accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before starting any project with us.
2. Our Services
We specialize in digital design, branding, and web development. All specific project scopes, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in a separate, formal project agreement before work commences.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full and final payment, the final design deliverables are licensed to the client for their intended use. Pura retains the right to showcase the completed work in our digital portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless a specific NDA is signed.
4. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure requires a 50% upfront deposit to secure your project slot in our calendar, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final file handover.
5. Revisions & Scope
Each project includes a predefined number of revision rounds, as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions or requests outside the original scope of work will be scoped separately and billed at our standard studio rate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Pura studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our digital products, designs, or services.
